From one address to a team that knows your market.

You send your website. This is what my team does from that moment on, and how it gets better the longer it runs.

Your part, spread over the monthsa few minutes now and then, and your yes before anything goes out in your name.

Day one

First, I read your business the way a partner would.

Your own pages first, then what the web says about you, every fact kept with the page it came from. I ask the few things the web can’t tell me, then bring you a plan: the channels that can pay for themselves, why, and one exact price, built line by line. Nothing is charged until you say yes.

See how every price is built

Your business, readExample: every name is made up.

  2. Collection within the hour, door to door into Europe. From your Services page
  3. Chosen by 500 manufacturers across Europe.Set aside: no source
The first weeks

Six briefs go out, and the work begins at once.

Each specialist starts from everything I’ve learned about you. Separate domains and inboxes are bought and prepared so your emails land, search fixes go in, ad accounts and press platforms are set up, and CupidMotion Joining builds your brand kit. The first work reaches you as samples, and goes out when you say yes.

The first month

Every channel at work, and every result read.

Prospects are researched one by one and written to, journalists answered, ads tested against each other, old enquiries brought back. Replies are sorted and answered, meetings land in your calendar, and every week one report covers the whole team.

  • Calls booked

What I’m changing next

  1. More budget to urgent-freight searches
  2. Next emails open on new routes, the reason most people answered
  3. A page on Lyon delivery times, the search that brought enquiries
Example: Havenline is a made-up business.

Behind your one conversation, the whole team at work.

The months after

The longer it runs, the less it guesses.

Every reply, meeting and click teaches the team something about your buyers. The next emails start from the reasons people answered, ads move to what converts, pages build on the searches that bring enquiries, and I move focus and budget to whichever channel is making the difference.

  1. Day oneYour business, read
  2. The first weeksWhat your buyers answer
  3. The first monthWhat works for you
  4. The months afterWhere every hour and dollar does most

Kept true, all the way through

  1. Every fact has a source.

Everything my team puts out in your name traces to a source. Lines without one are rewritten before you see them.

  2. Your yes, and your cap.

Nothing goes out in your name until you’ve read it and said yes, and every budget is a cap you set. “Pause everything” stops it all at once.

  3. The rules of every market, checked first.

Each country’s rules are checked before anyone there hears from you, and my rulebook for cold email covers the law of 200 countries and territories. Ads follow each platform’s rules, reviews each review site’s, and anything generated is labelled as generated.

One address is all it takes to start.

I’ll read your site while you watch.
